I am a seasoned researcher with twenty-five years experience in qualitative research, empathy mapping and synthesis skills, comfortable with continuously refining the client experience with data-driven insights and feedback.

My greatest strengths are that I am personable and have a talent for being able to bring out the best in others while putting them at ease. I also have a knack for empathetic problem solving, creating efficient and streamlined solutions with creativity and style.
